In Q3 2022, the top five school games apps in Russia experienced diverse trends in downloads and active user metrics. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

YOYO Doll School life Dress up saw a notable peak in weekly downloads, reaching approximately 64K in late July. However, the downloads gradually declined to around 14K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at roughly 220K in early August and then decreasing to about 155K by the end of the quarter.

High School Simulator 2018 had fluctuating weekly downloads, hitting a high of 21.6K in mid-July but dropping to around 10.5K by the end of September. Active users initially increased from 54K to 62K in mid-July but then declined to approximately 43.7K by the end of the quarter.

Papers Grade Please! experienced a steady stream of downloads, starting at 14.4K in late June and peaking at 16.4K in late September. Active users showed a gradual decline from about 63.9K in late June to 46K in mid-September, before rising again to 59.5K by the end of the quarter.

My Town: Preschool kids game had lower download numbers, with a peak of 7.3K in late June dropping to around 5.9K by the end of September. Active users experienced a similar trend, starting at 12.4K in late June and decreasing to about 8.7K by the end of the quarter.

Shoujo City 3D saw a significant increase in downloads, starting at 1.4K in late June and peaking at 10.9K in early September. Active users also surged, rising from 1.4K in late June to 11.9K in early September, before settling at around 9.7K by the end of the quarter.
